Одна из самых приятных и одновременно одна из малоизвестных групп периода "британского вторжения", "The Tremeloes" была сформирована в 1958 году. К 1961 году коллектив стал вполне профессиональным, достаточно натренировавшись в местных клубах и на танцплощадках. В 1962 году был подписан контракт с "Decca". В последующие два года "Tremeloes" стали штамповать хит-синглы (в основном каверы) типа "Twist and Shout", "Do You Love Me", "Candy Man" и "I Want Candy".
